Checkin procedures will be contactless with payment made over the phone before arrival.  

The shower-block will be open but numbers will be restricted to 2 persons in at any given time unless they are in a family group.  At busy times we would ask guests to use their on-board facilities where possible to reduce queues.  The hairdryers will not be in operation to cut down on time guests spend in the shower-block to avoid queues so please bring your own.  We will not be opening the Laundry facilities this season.  We ask that you please adhere to the 2m social distancing (which is mandatory in Scotland at the moment) at all times around the park and in the amenity block.  Any party that includes children must make sure they do not run around other pitches or around the reception/showerblock area and are accompanied to the toilet block by an adult.

There will be hand sanitising stations outside the showerblock but we do ask that you bring your own supply also.  Please wash your hands or sanitise them after using the water/waste points and Electric hookup points around the park.

Our cancellation policies are the same as usual throughout this difficult time for everyone (deposits/payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to open and provide the service we were contracted to provide).
